Any publication released by Toy and Train Publishing Co. is guaranteed for life. If at any time and for any reason (intentional abuse exempted) a CD or DVD produced by us fails to operate as intended we will replace it free of charge provided that the original customer returns the product and pays shipping and handling fees for the replaced item.

Any Identification Guide produced by Toy and Train Publishing Co. may be upgraded to the most current version at any time for a fee of $5.00 plus shipping. The return of the original CD is required for this replacement service.
