This appears to be another 554 Northern Pacific Hopper on a red litho frame (RLF), a relatively common car. But, when you look at it from the top, it has a red interior bed. This is the only one of these I have ever seen. Usually the bed is yellow. While one end of the bed is slightly bent (as though someone tried to pry it out) the tabs underneath show no sign of tampering. I believe this is legitimate.
