NOTE-----------It is commonly believed that the open spoke 999's are the most rare but I disagree. This closed spoke example, almost
certainly the second incarnation, is harder to find in my experience. I have seen and owned many more open spoke examples than closed.
CONDITION-----VERY GOOD. Finish is rather poor although not badly chipped up. It looks more like poor paint along with general playwear.
